Member of the Paris bar association, I advise private individuals and company managers regarding their tax related matters in France and overseas.

I assist them in particular with the tax structuring of their private investments (financial & real estate assets) as well as professional organization (remuneration, employee shares) in order to promote growth and optimize possible transfers.

I also advise professional real estate investors such as developers and property traders.

Our worldwide tax expertise enables us to assist our French and foreign clients with all their cross-border projects.

In case of tax audit or litigation, I represent our clients against the French tax authorities.

I worked as a tax lawyer for 6 years with the law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre in Paris.
